This Barbeque Smoker Kit Giftpack is bound to excite the most culinary of barbequer's. The kit contains a unique stainless steel BBQ smoker and a container of New Zealand Natural Manuka Aromachips as a perfect introduction to the wonderful world of hot smoking.

Directions for Use:

Presoak Smokehouse Aromachips in your preferred liquid (i.e. wine, brandy, bourbon or water) for at least 20 minutes.
Depending on the intensity of smoke required, place between one and two handfuls of wet Aromachips in smoker and position directly above heat soure (either upon coals, gas burner or grill).
Cover with vented hood or lid and cook as usual.
