Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

G4M is completely devoted to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason your purchase does not function/appear as promised, please contact us immediately on 03 3661399. We promise to fulfill all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

According to the Consumer Guarantees Act, if our goods are faulty we will replace or repair in a fair amount of time. If this is not possible we will arrange for a credit/refund of your money.

You will require proof of purchase in order to qualify for a return, however if your item was purchased online you can view your order history to reprint a tax invoice (Receipt), which we will accept as proof of purchase.

Credit Card Refunds

In the case of refunds, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you require an exchange card with your gift please notify us in the field for ‘delivery instructions’.

If you have changed your mind after purchasing an item please call us immediately on 03 366 1399 to see if we can arrange a solution. Please note we do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases.

Exchange Card Conditions

· The exchange card entitles the bearer to exchange the gift for another of the same value; or use it as a credit towards a higher value item; or exchange it for a gift voucher to be used at a later date.

· Returned product must be in its original condition and the exchange card must accompany exchange.

· The exchange card does not entitle the holder to cash refund and it is valid for three months from the date of purchase.
