University of Canterbury Focus Group and Survey Information
University of Canterbury Final Year Marketing Students have agreed to help us find out more about our customers by conducting focus groups and surveys over the next month. With great incentives to get involved, the Focus Groups will be held 9th & 10th of July, and the survey for later in July (at G4M Cafe).
The purpose of this project is to gain customer feedback regarding the G4M website and to gain further insight on the general New Zealander’s attitude towards online shopping. Thus, focus groups will be held on the 9 and 10 July 2009. Would you be willing to meet for approximately one hour to discuss your experience using the G4M website and other similar online store? We would also like to know your opinion and feelings toward online shopping. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Details of the focus groups are as shown below:

Focus Group Incentives: For Focus Group $20 per person of cafe vouchers and one chance to win $200 of retail vouchers.

Survey (running late July in G4M Cafe): 1 chance per survey to win $200 of retail vouchers.
